No parking and a lawn

This is a mad mad world we live in when we cant park our car anywhere anymore and have to build a hydraulic ramp where the lawn used to be.

Just been having a read, now this is such a Kensington thing to do! Coombs will know what I am on about:

A good mate of mine does these for a living. he just put one in in Kensington. The bloke wanted underground parking outside his townhouse. However, in order to get the plant in to dig the hole he needed access...

So, he bought the two houses next door (Cost 2 million each).

Knocked them down.
Built his underground garage (Complete with own bar, nightclub swimmingpool and gym).
Then rebuilt the townhouses he knocked down.
Sold both townhouses.
Leaving him with a ncie basement of over 3000 sq ft, and coincidently a fat profit on the townhouses after paying for all the works.

Some people get all the breaks!!

FUCK, thats a tad extreme! But if youve got a load of money in london and a head on your shoulders, it aint hard to make more money.

That does sound like one seriously pimping garage! And a damn site safer place to park whatever exotics that guy is bound to own!
Where bouts in kensington was that house? Sounds like a serious job! Only one massive site i can think of round south ken.
