Well, they could at least call the parents first before suspending her. Kids at that age does like to show off their talents (hell even 18~19 ppl if they could do break dancing I am sure they gonna show it off during lunch time too)....suspending is kinda too harsh.

Not surprising that its come to this. Its all BS, really. Next they will be removing playgrounds from schools 'in case anyone gets hurt'

I do agree that getting suspended for cartwheels is a bit OTT, but she was told not to and continued to do it.

Justice served! Next case!!

Then she should be suspended for "insubordination" - not "illegal cartwheels".. ;)

How fucking stupid do you get?

Lots of schools in Britain are now stopping school trips, because the American culture of sueing is starting to waft over the pond, to the point where the risk of being sued cos some kid experienced 'permenant psychological damage' just cos one of his friends farted in his general direction.

It's a joke. Vital parts of education are being scrapped due to the risk of a child tripping and the blame being put on the teacher.

the little kid is one thing since he was trying to hurt him self. but maybe a little less voltage wouldnt be so bad. but the chick, wtf. shes drunk and then you hit her with 50k volts. and how fat is this fucking cop who cant catch a drunk chick?
at first they seem like to be ok reseaons, but then you think about it and well he could of gone a few different routes. just goes to show why there are so many people shot by pigs, they dont think. they act and then after its all said and done, they can only think about whats going to be the most believable lie.

Haha yeah, he must have been a real porker (excuse the pun) if he couldnt catch a drunk chick.
I, for one, would not like to be shot by a taser. Ouch

what the hell happened to detention? did they phase that out completely in the last 4 years? I can't remember how many times i got detention for not complying with a reasonable request. The school went overboard with that punihment.
