Crazy fella... over 3 times the speed limit. But I must agree that the law is a bit harsh. Look at Germany for example...they don't have speed limits and the number od deaths due to car crashes is proportionally lower than in Poland.

This is out of a motor trend magazine from 94 or 95 it was a top speed test. This was an LT1 vette and this was taken on a deserted road that was closed to traffic. Not a school zone or a road with a lot of people.
