What do your Avatars and sig mean??
 

I hope this isn't a repost... because I didn't find anything like this, I did a searchwith "sig avatar", found 825 matches and couldn't go to the other results beyond the first page

I know many sigs and avatars, but some are unknown, others as funny as hell, some very strange, etc.

From where did your sig and/or avatar came? anything special with them? your childhood hero? just like the image? bussiness?

as an example...TT, why a rayban avatar? do you sell those sunglasses?

mine...the thoughtful tiger is Hobbes, from the comic strip calvin and hobbes

and the sig is from another chilean comic strip, called Mafalda

HAHAH mine is indeed strange I admit :D but I always had a soft spot for Ray-Ban sunglasses (I have some of course) ;) and when I first came online years ago and had to choose my first avatar on a messageboard it was that one.. and since then, I NEVER and I mean NEVER used another avatar :D

Well the Enzo in the Avatar shows my love for Ferrari. The sig.....well I like fighter jets and Ukraine happens to have some of the best.

The dashboard in my avatar, shows how I want my own dashboard to look when I get a car.. :D

about the enzo, it's no big surprise, but the mig....OMG, what a fighter plane, loved it, had some scale ones (but destroyed to pieces of paint and plastic by a cousin)

I have only used my own pics for my Avatar and Sig!

Maybe because i think it is very cool, to use something which is "homemade".

And well the cars look great! :D

I think mine speaks for itself. I am a big fan of Brit cars - so i have a avatar of the bonnet badge from a Jag XKR (appropriate cos we will soon (hopefully) be getting either an XKR or an XK8) and i have inverted the colours cos it looks far cooler - and i preferr the light white colour.

My sig doesnt need much explaing either - there is a picture of me doing a mad smile - hopefully to scare off any new JW leechers. And a collection of beautiful Astons.


BTW nice thread - will be interesting to hear peoples reasoning - i've always wondered why TT chose the ray-ban logo! :D

My avatar changes every so often and usually has to do with something motorcycle related (I make them myself, turning a clip I like into an animated gif). My sig also always changes, but will always have Yoda and Boba in it in some way, shape or form and still will be somewhat motorcycle related (Boba riding a speederbike like it's a sportbike). I also make the sigs myself using 3DSMAX and PS.

well my avatar is just cause i like ferrari and thats a great pic...
and the sig, well ferrari power !! hehehe i love it aaaaaand the whole phase 1... blah blah blah is from south park... the gnomes episode, its just too funny and stupid... u can make money even by collecting underpants

Well, my avatar and sig are my own little tribute to John Bonham..since i believe he was one of, if not, the best drummer in the world...and he died too soon

the quote in the sig is Robert Plant, Led Zep vocalist, announcing Bonzo's famous solo Moby dick in earls court 1971... this is pictured in the led zep double dvd...defuinitely worth a buy!!
