either you got a crap card or you need new drivers.

Im 90% that you connected the wires incorectly.

the colors on the wires match up with colors on the sound card

i think maybe one of the plug in spot on the card is shorted out

i've got same setup, i think i've got it all figured out
what are your settings on the logitech console and which connection are you using?

remember that if your source is stereo then you won't get centre channel, unless you force it with dlII movie

however if you're playing dvds then you must disable the decoder from SB settings and use the decoder from logitech. logitech's website helps you with this.

i only get centre channel by forcing it like mentioned above or playing sources with 6 channels, ie dvd, ac3.
