IF I wanted to upload my copy of Mettalica the black album on to this forum how would I do that?

You can't upload on JW sorry. You need to buy some webspace, but it's pretty risky to share such things in public

luckily it is declare legal to share music with filesharing tools in Canada and not get sued by the US record companies

and I question the legality of sharing music in any country in such a way, although it may be possible to use file sharing programs in canada and many other countries and not get sued by the RIAA ATM, it doesnt alter the fact that you are freely re-distributing copyrighted material and that surely breaks many international copyright laws ;)
