Pic of the 575 spider
 

Here is a pic i found on rennteam, and you can see the roof if all glass. and when in the down position it rests on the rear of the car. At the unavailing i didn't like it so much. :?

At the show there was mobs of people around the car so i didn't see exactly how it worked, but from what i saw the roof just flips forward and into place. the whole process takes only about 5 seconds. but the car is still in its concept form, so nothing is going to be built soon.

mmmm...very unique, even if it ain't that pretty, but it'll look right at home going down Beach road down here in Victoria...... :D

i like the innovation but it doesnt look quite good

the car with this tasteless modification looks disgusting, ive got added another beautiful ruined car in my list

budagboy2: the picture u have there is an alfa indeed, it was shown as a concept car a couple years ago.
I think this design is a rather simple solution to a challenging task, however it's not very good looking when the top is in the down position.. rumour goes that the upcoming 430Spider will also share a similar design for the roof.. hmm, prob work better for a mid engined car with a glass engine cover than with a front engined 575.. jus my opinion
