i have looked at this scanner it think (is it the cheapest canon scanner?)... my old one only works with Win95

It's quite cool in that it is slim and nice to look at too :D

I think it also takes it's power from USB so it only has one lead... no need for a bulky adapter then

Thanks mate!

BTW - Do you have the buyer's guide for the 308/328 - it came about 6 months back I think?

thenumber1- Yep its the cheapest one they had. Payed 80$CDN for it. Thats 33BGP!!! But I checked UK prices for it and they were much higher :| You guys are getting ripped off big time in UK. But even the more expensive ones did not look as appealing as this one. Plus I dont need the super high specs for what Im using it.

sameerrao- I think I do. Let me check. Edit- No man sorry. I thought I did but I probably read it at the book store thats why I remember seeing it.

I have a LiTE too :D but the vertical stand well.. never used.. impossible to scan magazines anyway when you have it like that :(

I dont use it when I scan either. I use the vertical stand when I dont scan and I take it off when I do. I just think it looks better when its in the vertical position.
