I cant seem to open the files? I click on a pic and nothing happens??? Can anyone advise???

TT 07-05-2004 08:25 AM

You should desactivate DAP or other automate download manager. If they activate when you click the picture, the file won't play since the website is protected against downloads.

TopGear

I knew about it because my uncle works at KPN (the dutch telecom company) he told me about it, but I thought everybody here already knew about it :)

Can you also download the Topgear clips from that site?????

TT 07-05-2004 09:22 AM

If you know the right program to use, sure you can ;)

liveseytowers 07-05-2004 09:56 AM

its was my browser, it doesnt work with firefox. Is there anyway of linking direct to the file rather than having to buffer it online?

TT 07-05-2004 09:58 AM

No, as far as I know, it's impossible. To save them you have to stream them..

BTW, on a side note, interesting how such topic seemed to wake up various lurkers ;) (just kidding :D)

liveseytowers 07-05-2004 10:08 AM

Ha, only been a member for a few weeks. Just started a job in IT support so I can download what I like here and take it home on a USB HDD :-)

There is a way, I just cant remember how to do it?

Programs like Windows media recorder will help
