MIG-25 drags against dragster Beetle.

Beetle does 2.4 seconds to 100 km/u / 60 MPH
and 4.8 seconds to 160 km/u / 100 MPH

Its neither a Mig 25 nor a Mig 27...its a Sukhoi Su-24 Fencer.

The Mig-25 & Su-24 are about the same size (24m in length) but are easily distinguished by the fact that the Su-24 has variable geometry wings (swing-wings).

The Mig 23/27 Flogger's (23 = Fighter version, 27 = ground attack version) are MUCH smaller planes than the Su-24 featured in the video. (they are only around 16m in length)

The Su-24 is the Russian equivalent of our RAAF F-111.

That beetle is badass. Didnt seem that fast though. They could of done a better job making the bettle look fast.

I would if I knew where to get them :wink:

I've got a few from the Discovery Channel's 'Wings'. (ie. SR71, AC130, Canberra, Mustang etc.)



Yeah, you might say I'm a bit of an Aviation fan as well as Motoring fan :wink:
