Jackie Chan's Mitsubishi Roadster
 

In "Armor of God", Jackie was seen driving a silver Mitsu roadster that is propably not a production model...
does anybody know more about that car?

I just found out that it was propably also released under the name "Operation Condor"... It is a 1986 movie, and it features quite some screentime for bespoken Mitsubishi roadster, including a wild getaway scene against motorcycles.

By the way, this isn't the sort of trivia where you can expect the asking person to know the answer... ;) I would just like to know it myself and thought that this might be the right place to ask...

Im not sure that we got that vid in the US, considering ive never heard of it either.

hhahaha, that movie! he has that seperate single seater in that car right? i think it was made for the movie, there was also another movie called gorgeus with Jackie in it and he drove a fuked up lookin SUV in it...btw you know that Jackie is sponsored by mitsu eh...

It was, I've seen it.

I know nothing about the cars, but knowing Jackie Chan, it was probably a one off car built just for the movie. Jackie Chan is sponsered by them or something like that.

I've seen the movie.

It must have been some kind of prototype they made just for that movie.

In one scene the car pulls a batmobile style move and splits down the middle to expose a powered skateboard/ scooter thing that Jackie rides out of trouble.

That car was pretty cool, I wouldn't mind finding out more about it, so if anyone else knows, please post.

Anyone seen "who am I?" with jackie chan? also a movie with great driving scenes.

Who Am I had the Lancer EVO 4 didn't it? that was an interesting driving scene. I remmeber another movie he had where he was driving a Mitsu FTO silver one but i don't remember the name of the it. Anyone know?

They have a link thats for sure, I also remember a film where they have to race, and then the police turns up with these trucks giving Chan 2 Mitsu's and equipment :)

he drove a FTO and ramped it onto a boat in one movie lol
and then there was a cool evo driving seen in another lol
i like jackie chan, that and at walmart alot of his movies are 5.88 lol

i thik the car was made just as portotipe for the movie :roll:
