The system is like the Aerocool HT-101 that now I have on my computer... but a lot bigger.

mine was the slightly older model... but mostly similar

Oh, I can see where this is heading :)

Why hide this inside a tower - it looks better than any tower produced to date. Pretty soon we have a huge turbine and just place the boards into the airstream through the tube. As a neat secondary effect, if you add an air filter you'd never have to vacum again

I have an idea, lets make it really big and power it with one of those small V8 modele engines - a friends dad built one from a kit, a fully functional 50cc smallblock with spark ignition and a holley carb 8) it revs to oblivion and makes the most honey smooth V8 howl ever

Yes, thats it. Make mine dark blue metallic with flames - and dont bother silencing the exhaust

Does it come with a fan or just the base with pins? Looks pricy at 50$ if its without a fan.

Anyway I need a new cooler cause I can boil water on this thing.

SPEEDKILLAR 06-02-2004 06:32 PM

Real men use water cooling :)

crazidude 06-05-2004 09:37 PM

Nah real men use phase change for cooling (ie. Jabba). Poor men use fans and heat sinks, and the slightly richer use water. Wussy men use stock cooling with double sided thermal tape.
