PAL to NTSC
 

ok i just downloaded a full DVD from torrent, and it's coded in PAL, how do i convert it to NTSC? and wut software to i need to burn it to a DVD? i currently have nero and Sonic MyDVD.

Go into www.digital-digest.com and look for something about it... To burn to a dvd, you can use nero... it encodes the files if you hav nero 6 or later...
