Well, i believe everyone have already "flewby" a litle, or a lot. So, in wich car you have traped your top speed, and how it was?

My top is with the Corsa i made the Getaway - see the topic "My first own getaway video, and i´m just 16 years old..." - in a highway here in brazil i have traped about 183 km/h with it, wide open throtle during about 5 minutes.

The corsa is not mine, it´s my mom´s car, a 1.0 liter engine with 60 horsepowers. In city streets, my top is 170 km/h. You can see in the video i made. If you want it, take me on the ICQ or MSN Ã*´ll send it to you.

187mph in my Z06. Scariest thing I've ever done and I'll never do it again. The steering started to get light and I almost shit my pants. I know it'll do the better aprt of 210mph, but I don't think it'll ever get there with me driving.

Yes, I have a D-1SC supercharger w/ twin intercooler package on it. Also have the heads and cam done by Lingenfelter. The pic in my avatar is my engine bay. 605 RWHP 560 RWTQ

130 in the bimmer on I-5 by grapevine, 140 on that back of a GSX-R on 99 nearish visalia. in the bimmer it was quiet until I rolled the windows down, the wind noise was LOUD!!!the GSX-R; I had a helmet on, but it loud too. I'll never do that again. I was 18 and therefore stupid.

I drive 55 sometimes just to see what it's like, it's very relaxing actually. I sorta like it.

must have 4 wheels on the ground and an internal combustion engine thats piston driven. Rotary engines are acceptable also.

Yeah, i´m talking about what´s the fastest you have arrived in a car that you was driving, not in a car that you were the passenger.

If i talk about i´m being the passenger, i´ve already saw the landscape passing in my side at about 270 Km/h, on the back of my uncle´s CBR 1100XX. Awesome.

Did 230km/h in my mom's car once, because I was feeling like a jerk (and driving like one too). Wide open highway, and I came up on a guy doing about 190km/h in a Dodge Ram V10, and thought 'what the hell'.

Nothing like getting smoked by a Volvo station wagon. :mrgreen:
