Here she is. My second Fiero GT. This one is an 88. I still have the Scion for long trips and work of course, this is my project car. Shes pretty beat up cosmetically, but that should be fixed within a short time. She runs fantastic!

My goal is to have her looking something like this by the end of the year.

Nice, she looks good! How's the engine/transmission?

MidEngine4Life 08-14-2007 06:01 PM

Everything is in great working order. We just fitted a new exhaust system with much classier looking chrome tips. I also rep[ainted the engine vents and tried to touch up the warn out tailight lenses. I did it too fast so there are some flaws but its an easy fix.

Congrats on your second Fiero! Hope you have many fun/safe miles with her.

One of my friends back home recently bought himself a Fiero as well, so I'm pretty excited to get a ride in it once I go back in about a month.

I hope he got a GT ;)

I took a video today. Now you know what it sounds like.

Always a cool car. Now very rare.

The front resembles a 355! :D

My yellow car a lot of aftermarket engine and suspension mods, custom rims and tires, custom engine side scoops, custom yellow paint job, custom leather interior and stereo, 4spd manual, etc.

My new car is the 88, it came with all the best stuff, an all new Fiero suspension (the previous models shared a chevette suspension) better brake system, 5spd manual, and better reliability. My new car its pretty much totally stock except I took the wing off and we put a new exhaust system on it.

You can find out more about the Fiero at http://www.myspace.com/fierofoto
The page was huge and had a lot of friends, but was removed by myspace because one person complained about copyright infringment so this is the new and improved site.

Alot of people like to criticize the Fiero yet know nothing about it so I decided to make a little quiz for anyone who likes to talk smack. Take this quiz first.

Very beautiful car indeed, it sounds awesome, and its a short car (as I like them); however, Ill appreciate a lot if I get its technical characteristics, its downsides, its lenght, if your engine has been tunned, and so on; since we dont have any reference at all about this car in Europe, thanks on advance

Here are some numbers for you.

The basics.. Rwd mid engined car. v6 or 4 cylinder. 4 cylinders use to catch on fire.. V6 was capable in an mr2 type of way. The big thing about these cars and the reason they are all made into ferrari kits.. is they are one of the only cars with a frame structure entirely independent from the body. They could remove the body and you could drive the car and see little to no change in rigidity.

She just came home from the paint shop. They didnt do a very good job but then again I didnt pay much. Still looks good in pictures! And I have new quarter windows on the way.
