Life is short and cheap - buy a Turbo Hyabusa... thats a great way to learn - hair on fire full throttle... Do or Die ;)

How much is a busa motor? I want to strap it to a gokart.

SinRS 05-04-2008 10:27 PM

What's wrong with the bikes? Thrill seekers enjoy them as average joes do.

a turbo hayabusa is a psycho ass bike:laugh: 500hp, busa engines range from $1500 and up to a pristine 1300 ive seen for $5k

Was a bit cautious when opening this thread.. The thread title seemed possibly concerning.

... Good job on the bike Erez, keep us posted on the bike of choice! :-)

xbeakerx 05-05-2008 03:30 AM

1100cc go kart!

Erez 05-05-2008 01:42 PM

hehehe i know the title just came to me
as for a first bike, since i'm back in Israel, the european rule of 33hp for the first year applies here..
so I'm thinking about the new ninja 250R as a first bike for a year, and then i'm hoping that after a year i'll have enough skill not to die with the move to GSX-R600 or maybe an R6, and when i'll move back to the states, I'm thinking of a 1098 or the new KTM RC8.. but that's just drooling over the future..
BTW- i have to bitch about the taxes here again, the 250R is gonna run me about $13-$14.5K (!!)
and insurance (just liability) about $1,200 a year.. not so great to be back.. i miss the cheap life in the US..:crying:

jagermaster 05-05-2008 02:55 PM

holy shit thats expensive! if u come to the states get a gixxer:thumbup: if u in L.A. we can role down the canyons:twisted:
