I've seen more Enzo's for sale already. On the site with the package deal there are a bunch more http://www.carclassic.com/html/FERRARIV12%2B93.htm#Enzo. You can even order a new one, yet to be built.

I'm not much of a tax expert here, but my guess is the cars aren't registered yet. Whoever buys them has to register them and pay tax.
