This is the best supercar for me! When I was growing up it was the only car everyone knew. Even if they didn't know it's name they knew it was a Lamborghini. I actually prefer the 1985 QV5000 or the 25-th Anniversary Edition of the car. I know it has a lot of problems, I watched Jeremy many times explaining why it's bad(by the way, I start to hate Clarkson - I watched 5 or 6 reviews of the Countach by him and he always repeats himself, even his lines are the same)
But I love it, and can definetely say - I WILL BUY ONE! ...even if it is 15 years from now. I want to own a Countach! It is subzero without a question!

The Countach was the first modern supercar as we know them. Every subsequent supercar is a variation of the Countach.
The Miura, which I think is even cooler, was classic 60's as well as supercar.

Some people had pin-ups on their bedroom wall, some had Testarossas and I had the Countach. It has to be a "cool" from me!

BTW, I suspect the reason why Jeremy Clarkson doesn't like the Countach, is because he is too tall to fit in the ting!

for me the Countach is Zubzero :thumbup: here come 10 reasons why it sould be on the Zubzero list :
1. The car looks like pornografi ! the shape of the car is just mind blowing, and imagine how it was i the 70's ! Even Ferrari had to go back to the drawingboard. It was xstreme in every way, nothing on the road looked like it.
2. horizontally hinged doors
3. The very first model had a 4.0 liter V12 in the back :twisted: and the noice of a devil
4. It was designed by Marcello Gandini :-)
5. The LP400 had a weigth of only 1065 kg ( 2347 lbs ) :thumbup:
6. Later models like the LP400S had massive rear tyres ( 345 / 35 / 15 ) :ohmy:
7. The price
8. It's a movie-star and the biggest poster star !
9. It's only for real men ! you can't se out of it, the clutch, gear change and sterring was so hard, it demands you to be a Jean Claude Van Damme ! It a race car for the weekend :-)
10. The car is a Legend :-)
