Chrysler 300C SRT8
LOL, there is no real point to adding mor epower to the car, but well, why not?
6.1L Hemi with 420bhp apparently. I think they should have just put the SRT 10 in there! http://www.srtforums.com/photopost/d...11151SRT-8.JPG http://www.srtforums.com/photopost/d...8_Back-med.JPG http://home.comcast.net/~hack_goby/DSCN0511.JPG |
They prolly want to compete with the CTS-V..... :?
|
meh...
They should just let their corporate master do the super sedan thing... |
I don't get it the SRT-8 is the 300C in Dodge form.
|
I don't think that it looks too good with the black wheels and silver paint, but I would take 1 anyday.
|
WOOHOO!! Fuck the SRT-10 engine!! Hemi's are where its at! All we need is Ford to build a DECENT Marauder and we've got another horsepower war on our hands :D I may have missed out in the sixties, But Im not missing this one!!!
|
No see the Horse Power Battle in the sedan market is really on foreign territory right now sadly but Ford I'm sure will be getting into it very shortly, some of the prototype and show cars they've been building are hinting at a big forthcoming I hope. obviously GM is out of the game when it comes to Sedan's now since they shrunk the Impala by almost half and put the drive wheels at the wrong end somehow. Shit will be going down once the new Mustang hits the streets, those GTO guys are gonna have something to worry about soon enough. I still don't get why they would call that the SRT-8 since that already exists in another car although it is the same car, The Magnum with the V8 is the SRT-8 and the regular is the SXT and the 300 is the V6 and the 300C is the V8.

Put on some decent rims and that would be an awesome looking car. I like the 6.1l Hemi though. That sounds like a winner.

- 6.1L Hemi - changes over the standard Hemi include a bigger bore, hotter cam, 10.3:1 compression, bigger valves, and other standard hot-rodding tricks
- 6250 RPM redline - 425 hp - 420 ft-lbs - Curb weight: 4130 lbs - 0-60 in 5.0s - 1/4 mile in mid 13s - Suspension work, including 0.5 inch drop front and rear - Big fat brakes - Mercedes E500 rear diff - Exterior changes include body color grille (except the rim), front air dam with brake ducts, new rear valence - Upgraded interior with more leather - Less restrictive stability and traction control |
nice, cant really go wrong with 425 hp. only i wonder how much it will cost. i kinda like the black rims IMO but they should definitly have a seprate rim option.
