On a serious note, I would be in heaven with this garage!!! Hell, I would only need this garage, I wouldn't be sitting in the house anymore. That is, when I'm not out driving...

EDIT: the Enzo had to go and was replaced by the F40. The Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale was thrown out as well (after long and hard thinking), because I simply had to have the McLaren F1 in.
