Waste of time and money for the M division. Maybe the M X5 and M X6 are technological success but they are 2-3 years late in the game in terms of product.:thumbdown:
They had better worked on an M serie 1...

Wrong, these cars (although I wouldn't buy one) will make loads of cash for 'M' division, the trouble is that for many people prestige in what 'M' does will diminish.

I saw one this morning ... with dealer plates. :laugh:

I don't know about the profitability but I don't think they are going to sale that many. These X5 M don't look that different than their cheaper cousins the X5 D or X5 3 ltrs. Additionally people are more reasonable now (it won't last thought). Even affluent and high net worth are scaling back.

Hell no! The only M-series SUV I would've considered cool is the X5 LM.
