Thanks for the scans as always TT Have to say its an awesome achievement from that 1.6, Sure I heard something about someone putting an M3 motor in the back of one though. TBH though i can think of better things to spend that sort of cash on thought :lol: And Anyway If you want an awesomely fast real mini get a zcars conversion with a 400bhp hayabusa turbo in the back :P

Dani, 7,7s is for the stock Cooper S. The times for the BBR Cooper S 300 T are in the second colom, so it's 0-60mph in 5,9s.

I think the point where you really amase other roadusers is the sprints from 40-70mph etc on the motorway. :)

Indeed, the car won't put 300hp to the wheels in first gear or it'd just sit there stationary smoking the tyres.

My saab is very much like that. Although, I would say 'surprise' rather than 'amaze' in the case of my car.

Okay wait a min, I am confused....
So you buy a Mini Cooper S and then spend 16000GBP on it? That'd go more than 31,000 GBP and then it just seems pointless... I mean seriously.. Why would some one do that, 'cept for trying to be unique, but just for getting the 0-60mph figures from 7.7 to 5.9 and Top Speed figures from 135 to 155mph and quarter mile time from 16 seconds flat to 14.2 it just seems stupid IMO! Instead I'd rather go for that Clio V6 or a Car with 4 doors and a boot that'll be much less expensive and slightly more powerfull than this! :D Although thats just my 2Cents!

That is Epic, no doubt.. Thats why I said it has the Unique value.. I mean to have 300+ Raging Horses from a 1.6 is a phenomenon! But even a Crazy Nut with a butt load of money wouldnt buy this for performance!
But as a Marketing Piece, What an achievement!
