This would be like saying that a GT3RSR running in VLN is just a "tuned 911" ;)

I dont think the rice-burners should get a free pass as make it seem like a quick trip to your local PepBoys and you will have a "tuned" kit like this in your driveway by next Tuesday... these are race cars out and out.

Of course it is a race car(a very extreme BTW), but my point is:

So that way, we can call it "tuned"
The GT3 RSR is a race car built by Porsche's engineers.:-)
