I would if I could... :P

Notice the wheel/tyre combo coffee table :D

corvette97 05-01-2004 02:30 PM

haha nice, thats one expensive table

mit5005 05-01-2004 02:47 PM

Damn, he must have a few of those if he is using one for his table. That is what I call decoration.

PATo355 05-01-2004 03:33 PM

It looks very good , i love it !

FoxFour 05-01-2004 08:07 PM

I can only imagine the impression it makes on that carpet, with all that weight underneath.

hemi_fan 05-01-2004 09:28 PM

i wonder how many oil/dirt stains his "table" has made. lol

I am guessing the engine weighs around 400lbs.. so a lot less than the mark left by the in-laws sitting on the couch... ;)

nthfinity 05-01-2004 10:19 PM

its beautiful... in the same way people collect Ferrari's racing engines

I am guessing the long block only weighs about 400lbs... so the damagae would be a lot less than the in-laws sitting on the couch... ;)

jorge 05-01-2004 11:28 PM

I like it, good imagination :)

Garretts_turbo 05-02-2004 11:46 PM

nice. hoping to do that with a viper engine someday. theres a candle out right now that is in the shape of a drag tire and smells like burning rubber when you light it. gotta get that too!

robruf 05-02-2004 11:58 PM

wow one who loves his car so much to put it into the living room if he has a wife then she must love him a lot to let him do that :P

A Viper engine would be cool also. :D

With this kind of answer, I want to make a quick survey.
I will like to know which (American motors) would you like to put in your living room?

For me, I will like a 428 Cobra Jet  or the 440 Hemi  .

robruf 05-03-2004 12:44 AM

440 Hemi 428 Cobra Jet 426 Hemi or 427 Turbo Jet all very nice

yg60m 05-03-2004 12:50 AM

The Zr-1 looks beautiful, i love the ZR-1, elaborated with the help of Lotus

Garretts_turbo 05-03-2004 12:27 PM

No kidding -- that IS scary... I just figured out how that happened..

I must have edited his post instead of "quoting" the other one... and while IExplorer and the Net were having a hiccup, not noticed the first one... LOL

a new fox special! when moderators attack!

coombsie66 05-09-2004 04:11 PM

^^ LOL, i thought it was a little strange! I thought you both may have subconciously remembered it from a recent TV show or sumthing, but obviously far less interesting than that! :P

Tomerville 05-09-2004 04:33 PM

Too bad he has that drum set in his living room...the engine table is a cool idea, and so is the wheel/coffe table. I saw at an automobile paraphanalia shop an F1 car wheel and tire made into a coffee table like so.

Nice found schnell318 ! :D

But I prefer the ZR1 engine $$$. On the other hand this living room table that you show schnell318 is even more original. Pistons support: excellent imagination.
