What are the best car stunts you saw in a movie?
 

My favourite car stunts are in the movie called "Ronin". It has some fantastic car chases. 8)

I wouldn't call those the greatest stunts but it was some crazy drivin' best stunts were Die Another Day by far.

also Top Gear ep where guy with tiff needel doing 720s in a TVR !! surprised they didn't flip it, they must have been doing well over 75 mph.

That was for the movie Swordfish. Great fuckin movie.

The Italian Job..The whole car chase in the minis.

best car stunt IMO goes to Speedzone with the Countach skipping on the water

Swordfish did have a good hollywood car scene with the tvr closer to the end. I liked that one if u dont count everything blowing up as they progress down the street(expeditions exploding everywhere etc). and ronin if u really pay attention, he lists the specs for the s8. this is one super sedan!

You gotta hand it to Bullit for starting the classic car chase sequences!
when that Charger stomps on the gas and flys away you know a nice chase is about to start. if you pay attention to one of the hill jumping scenes, the mustang busts its oil pan all over the ground! :twisted: :twisted:
the mini chase in italian job is also very good.

i reckon the italian job, and yes kangaroo boy was talking about the old one.

i also like the chase scene in the movie "the rock" haha because it has a ferrari in it!

I'll second that as my favorite. My second favorite is the chase scene in Gone in 60 Seconds w/ the mustang

marciodcmendes - Do yourself a favor and watch bullit sometime. the movie as a whole isnt that great, but the chase scene between the Charger and the 'stang is a classic , the basis of many chases scenes today

I have Bullit, but the best car stunts are IMO in Ronin, that's GREAT! then there's the final pursuit in Gone in 60 seconds with Eleonor

doesnt neone else wish elenor was something more..... u know like an F50 or a beefed up ferrari 250 GTO....u get the picture... i mean hey theres nothing wrong with a Shelby Gt500 Fastback, but there are better cars out there to play the part of the 'unicorn'

oh yeha and i love the 2 fast 2 furious opening scene, i wish cars really handled like that, would make for some interesting driving in real life ahhahahahahahahahaha

Ronin & Italian Job

I loved the car scenes from "Swordfish", where John Travolta stand in his Tuscan and shoots to both sides on to cars that's chasing them. :P
