This year I was finally able to catch up with the Pagani rally and its third edition.

Bloody fucking hell! 13 Zondas (every model was there) and a Fiorano and SLR to complete the 15 cars lineup, a gigantic private hotel/museum/park, closed to public and virtually desert beside the owners, me and my camera. HEAVEN! Almost better than Villa d'este, and for sure, lot more exclusive as I was alone taking pics basically, apart from some ppl for Pagani (or the owners). Despite the rain, it was :good:

Wow Matteo, those Zonda's ruined those other Zonda' photos :P J/K

My personal favorite says it all: Zonda's don't melt in the rain -->Even if it does look like flowing lava formed at that angle.

Nice job... and WOW @ the fact that there wasn't a crowed around the cars.. When I took the Enzo out... even in the middle of nowhere, people were stopping in asking what the car was, taking cell phone photos etc. :) Unfortunately, it will be a very long time before a Zonda reaches this side of the Atlantic :(

Hehe, this place can't be accessed by ppl. there is a wall going round for miles and miles, with guarded gates everywhere ;) soon they'll be in Monte Carlo, and there, 1000 ppl will take similar pics. That's why I am so happy I was able to access this location!

I would be glad to photograph the Zonda meeting, such as last year in Verona, but this year things are really different:

1) The meeting is located in Milano-Como-Montecarlo. The only stage I could photograph was yesterday in Milan, It means 200km far from my home. :(

2) The weather in this days is really horrible! :(

3) Yesterday and today I worked. I can't justify a day of work for a supercar meeting. Specially in this period when, luckily, work is really a lot!


So, I'll try to catch the 2008 Zonda Meeting.

LOL, actually, for the rainy pics, the light was so bad that without an SLR camera, I doubt I could have come home with sharp pics!

BTW, not sure how many Zondas were built so far, but well, not even 100 so far I guess! This really put in perspective the fact of seeing 13 of them the same day! Most ppl indeed will never see one, especially outside Europe :(

I think TT is not the one that he makes us believe he is. I think he blew his cover with these pics. He must own one of these Zondas :D

Great pictures TT. I thought I was spoiled in Southern California until I saw this. I've seen just about every supercar on the road but Zonda. Thanks for sharing and your pictures rock as usual.

The SLR ain't black. It's one of the "new" colors, a dark shade of grey actually
