Finally here are the pics of my BMW. Last sunday we had a blast. We met with some other car enthusiasts... and had a great day - plenty of drifts!! this car is even funnier than I thought!

It's "only" 172,000km - but it revs as the first day... up to 6000rpm as a much younger car! :D

We did some videos, onboard video... but this is the only one we've upoaded by now:

finally!!! Love the steering wheel, the car looks as it is in a good condition :good: Congrats and have alot of fun :twisted:

The timing belt and things that goes with it is very important to change right from the beginning its a known issue of destroyed engines of E30 :)

Im glad the car is performing well, it shows by the amount of pleasure you get out of it!

At the end of this month I'll change the water pump and do the timing belt... and not much later, a the suspensions, the LSD... and much more

Dani will upload an onboard video soon... is a 15km road, and the final is very dark with shadows and humidity. I hit some woods in one of the powerslides, you can see that in the vid :D

I like the steering wheel - it looks like a '70s CSL wheel - am I right?

It does not have the LSD??

The 4 wheels slided at the same time but I don't know why I finally could control the rear... only you can hear a small "clock", there were some woods at the top of the road :D

Ok.... mental note... DON'T be a passenger in a car with Nachete driving, I haven't seen the video, but guess the word to define it must be FEAR, lot's.... :shock:

i have same problem that those "squares" behind the left front wheel are the first things that start to rust and now I have a whole there and wet carpet all the time :? planning to fix it soon thou.

holy cow this looks very good :twisted: 16" would look much better imo but as it is for rally i think 15" are better :D

this makes me think of selling my 1,8 and buying 2,5 :| or changing the engine wich cannot be done legally by papers here :x I'd switch it withing 3 days if it would be legally doable.

Looks like the car handles pretty tight. Would love to have a go in a E30 and a custom suspension setup..

Yeah I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to have an open intake like that on a rally car. Although I've seen that installed on a few track E30s.

Fog light vents to the brakes seems like a great idea though.

i see the front bmw badge is damaged exactly like mine :) now we want to see some outside action vid :P
