It's "only" 172,000km - but it revs as the first day... up to 6000rpm as a much younger car! :D

We did some videos, onboard video... but this is the only one we've upoaded by now:

I (or my brother) will post more soon :D

The timing belt and things that goes with it is very important to change right from the beginning its a known issue of destroyed engines of E30 :)

TopGearNL 01-15-2007 05:03 PM

Bigger crowd round the bimmer then the Renault

Im glad the car is performing well, it shows by the amount of pleasure you get out of it!

Dani will upload an onboard video soon... is a 15km road, and the final is very dark with shadows and humidity. I hit some woods in one of the powerslides, you can see that in the vid :D

sameerrao 01-15-2007 05:59 PM

I like the steering wheel - it looks like a '70s CSL wheel - am I right?

I was too far behind in the GTT, so I couldn't see it - but you could see the panic in the passenger's face... :P

LOL!

I definately want to see it now!

Jaja, I remember...

The 4 wheels slided at the same time but I don't know why I finally could control the rear... only you can hear a small "clock", there were some woods at the top of the road :D

I wonder how much all this game will cost you (your bro).....

but in the end - damn, that will be the meanest 325i I've ever seen

just curious - I Don't have the alarm, nor the electronic locks in the door... are you sure you won't need it?

Max Power 03-13-2007 06:13 PM

haha, what is that juicy fruit? :P

TopGearNL 03-13-2007 07:19 PM

Nice to see the Bimmer progression so well Dani!

It might not be a CS, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder..

I really like those rims! They look like they just came of a WRC! :D

Now lets hope your baby brother gets his license back soon!

ARMAN 03-13-2007 09:22 PM

Looking good
i have same problem that those "squares" behind the left front wheel are the first things that start to rust and now I have a whole there and wet carpet all the time :? planning to fix it soon thou.

man those wheels look very nice cant see the installed on the car  are you doing all the installations yourself or someone else does it?

PM sent :)

Igorionia 03-13-2007 11:49 PM

silentm 03-14-2007 05:06 PM

MIHALS 03-29-2007 09:34 AM

TopGearNL 03-29-2007 09:58 AM

Looking Fine Dani! :D

dutchmasterflex 03-29-2007 10:06 AM

Those white rally wheels look great on the E30! 0X

dutchmasterflex 03-29-2007 11:22 AM

^ wow, that sounds like one hell of a ride.

MIHALS 03-29-2007 11:54 AM

dutchmasterflex 03-29-2007 12:41 PM

Then wait for the:

* M3 LSD
* Gtrac short-ratio M-Sport gearbox
* 16in wheels - quite possibly... to fit the
* M3 E30 brakes

Sounds great!

Your brother must be working 24 hours a day now in order to buy all that stuff

ARMAN 03-29-2007 02:02 PM

holy cow this looks very good  16" would look much better imo but as it is for rally i think 15" are better :D

ARMAN 03-29-2007 03:54 PM

this makes me think of selling my 1,8 and buying 2,5 :| or changing the engine wich cannot be done legally by papers here :x I'd switch it withing 3 days if it would be legally doable.
No outside footage? :P I want to see some action from outside of the car

those wheels will look killer on R5

16in are definitely better - since they allow you to use bigger brakes...

Now he's trying to sell those 15in Braid to me - for my GTT... and I really like the idea

BTW - here's the vid I promised:

Not the best E30 action you've ever seen - but the sound from the inside is pretty good... for a stock exhaust. Wait for the straight pipes he has in mind

Thanks for the vid Dani, sounds allright to me! :D

silentm 03-30-2007 02:47 PM

M3 POWAH  great video thx :)

if your bro keeps driving like that, no wonder he'll loose his driverslicense :P

btw next time you make a movie, would you care to polish the windshield where the camera will be filming?

dutchmasterflex 03-30-2007 03:01 PM

Some nice roads there ;)

Looks like the car handles pretty tight. Would love to have a go in a E30 and a custom suspension setup..

Hope to see a little more action in the future.. Maybe a visit to a parking lot?

dutchmasterflex 05-15-2007 01:10 PM

Damn I want my E30 already! Still looking.. but boy does your bro's car look great.

Any plans on turning one of those headlights into an air intake?

dutchmasterflex 05-15-2007 01:27 PM

Yeah I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to have an open intake like that on a rally car. Although I've seen that installed on a few track E30s.

Fog light vents to the brakes seems like a great idea though.

ARMAN 05-15-2007 02:15 PM

i see the front bmw badge is damaged exactly like mine :) now we want to see some outside action vid :P

Erez 05-15-2007 03:45 PM

the "M" is on the wrong side :P
