More I look at the pics, more stunning they are. I'd also like to visit those underground plane factories in Germany, if any of them is still intact.

Are they army bunkers and open to public? Finnish army brigades also have underground bunkers, but noone seems to know how long they are. Only rumours are alive. :|

The bunkers were build in the 2nd WW by the Germans, because they were afraid for an allied invasion in Holland. Some (small) parts are open to the public, but I have been in the non public part (about 90% of all tunnels are not open to public) actually came across some rounds :shock:

Yeah, I read that German started to build underground factories and bunkers when they didn't manage to beat British air force. If I someday visit Holland, I'll keep that in mind. for sure

We always go with a group for safety and take allsorts of stuff like a Spray Can to keep track of where we are, and make sure we get back, because some people actually got lost :shock:

I've been to the Cu Chi Tunnels in Ho Chi Minh City but you only get to crawl a a few 20 metres... I've been almost 7 metre under ground :shock:

Another interesting site guys is in Dover. There's the famous Dover Castle on top of the white cliffs but there is a underground base underneath it, inside the mountain itself build in the 2nd WW, very interesting!! :D
