Challenge Stradale hands down I think :)

crasherror 01-02-2004 02:41 PM

GT2, the fastest track car money can buy.

hgt 01-02-2004 02:42 PM

And the winner is.... the "road challenge". Especially with those painted stripes:

pedrohmb 01-02-2004 02:49 PM

Ferrari 360 Stradale fo sure!! :)

yg60m 01-02-2004 02:54 PM

I think it would be the Stradale ... because it's a Ferrari and a very good one.

twboy1999 01-02-2004 04:23 PM

360 stradale

kawa22 01-02-2004 04:35 PM

360 the queen?5-1 911 0-lambo 0-sl

Toronto 01-02-2004 04:44 PM

GT2,
but the lambo is very fast and quick around bends, 70mph in first ain't that much fun for me

Bilal786 01-02-2004 05:07 PM

SL55 AMG. A car you can actually use for the real world. You don't have to get into another sports car on the way home from the office to do 0-100mph in 10 seconds!

Minacious 01-02-2004 05:07 PM

A silver Stradale sans the stripes.

BADMIHAI 01-02-2004 05:11 PM

Ferrari 360 Stradale, because it's a Hardcore Ferrari. :)

pimrusis 01-02-2004 05:16 PM

Stradale, because it is probably the quickest out of the bunch although can the Lambo do 0-60 in under 4 seconds?

alondahan 01-02-2004 07:02 PM

Challenge Stradale!!! it's obvious

Chingachgook 01-02-2004 07:11 PM

Ferrari Challenge Stradale, Rosso Corsa with Tricolore. No doubt at all. It's an hardcore car, fast, LOUD...I think at Her and I feel happy and intoxicated by adrenaline

asthenia 01-02-2004 07:15 PM

So it's unanimous then.

I'd take the Stradale too. With stripes.

allanlambo 01-02-2004 10:48 PM

Gallardo and the Gt2. Ferrari is way overrated. They just dynoed one, and it makes no more power than a stock 360, and its weight is heavier than quoted.

deth 01-02-2004 11:26 PM

gt2 if its for everyday driving with the sl a close second. 360cs as a second car and the lambo for a 3rd.

Ivanhoe 01-03-2004 01:45 AM

GT2 no doubt. is the gt3 faster than the cs on the track? coulda sworn i saw that somewhere. damn i cant remember anything..

levensnevel 01-03-2004 02:02 AM

Difficult,

might be tempted to go for the Porker if it comes with a advanced driver course with Tiff as tutor  But I'll definitely go for the Stradale if Vix would show me the ropes during a trackday on a circuit

Schwalbe 01-03-2004 02:15 AM

Porsche GT2 all the way ! :D

Imre 01-03-2004 04:27 AM

Porsche GT2 for me also.

kramerman 01-03-2004 05:13 AM

Porsche for me :) Maybe the others are a bit too exotic for my liking...

Matty 01-03-2004 06:29 AM

stradle easy

McP 01-03-2004 08:01 AM

1 Gallardo for me please: AWD, 500bhp V10, Audi quality

Dirk 01-03-2004 11:23 AM

GT2, nice fast car!

kawa22 01-03-2004 02:04 PM

360-13
911-8
SL-1 Gallardo-1

Johns 01-03-2004 02:44 PM

GT2, Porsche= there is NO substitute!! more reliable then the others and rip new assholes when puttin some work on the engine, so ill keep the change!

DMbaseball1604 01-03-2004 03:54 PM

Its an easy decision as far as the SL55 goes, its an old person's Porsche...Between the stradale and the GT2 its a tougher decision..but I would have to go with the GT2 because of the extra power and looks

Ivanhoe 01-03-2004 05:56 PM

hehe finally the gt2 lovers speak up. this is going to be close

FoxFour 01-03-2004 06:11 PM

Love the Challenge Stradale, but just looking at that Gallardo that you have on there has sealed the deal. The more that I look at that car, the more I like. Plus; if I had to drive it everyday, the AWD would help immensely when driving in the rain.

hemi_fan 01-03-2004 08:12 PM

Answer: None of the Above

Ford GT plz :D

Out of the list i'd hafta pick the AMG benz

X-ale 01-03-2004 09:49 PM

Gallardo, cuz.... it doesnt sport stripes, isn't a convertible, hasn't a huge wing and it`s ok :D

maalox 01-03-2004 10:16 PM

Probably the Ferrari, although I don't really like the noise the sports exhaust makes. Could always trade it in for a vanilla 360 and about $60k in change . Dark horse choice would be the GT2; the SL55 is too much of a luxo cruiser and the Gallardo is a bit too ostentatious for my tastes (although......... the performance is a hard thing to give up).

gis 01-04-2004 12:31 AM

man this is a tough one, after thinkin im down to the porsche GT2 and the 360 CS.......................ok its the 360CS for me,the porsche is fast, but also the 360 isnt far behind it,but the ferrari has that noise, the wonderful V8 band,so it has to win :D

Hawk 01-04-2004 12:35 AM

Porsche Gt2.

Bavarias_Finest 01-04-2004 05:35 AM

SL55 AMG.....not only because I love it but the fact it pushes out the same numbers as the 575 Maranello for a 100k less. If the GT2 looked like this though I would definitely buy it in a heartbeat......

scubywrxr 01-04-2004 07:32 AM

ferrari for me pleeeeeez

Leo_M3 01-04-2004 09:27 AM

Yo thats a really hard choice.

Hmmmmmm..........well the SL55 would defintely be the most user friendly.

Gallardo goes around corners like an F1 car, and the 360 Stradale is temptingly good.

Gosh this is hard...........

Ok, I'll slash out the SL55 cos its only got an auto box. Gallardo's out cos its so hard to have some sideways fun in it.

360 Stradal's suspension is too hard which means its not as good for drifting.

I love 6 cyclinder engines so I will vote for the Porsche GT2 :)

Keessie20 01-04-2004 11:20 AM

Must be the Ferrari !! Screaming engine :)
The gallardo made by audi :S and 4x4
The Merc still stays a merc. to heavy
Porsche will be my second choice !

 god damn i hate it when ppl think like that (no offence dude). porsche is clearly the best pick yet ppl choose the cs over it because of the exhaust note, and "well cuz its a ferrari!"

TydaCyda 01-05-2004 12:50 AM

But dont forget the new GT2 has about 490 horses and the lambo still has a 0-60 time of just under 4.5 seconds cuz of the AWD. Gt2 all the way

offroadr35 01-06-2004 01:19 PM

well i made this decision in real life and picked the GT2. With the upgrades to 600hp ($7500 total) i can truly say this thing is a monster. It is by far the best car i have ever driven and i have driven just about everything. I don't know why they never include this car in the comparisons because i am pretty sure it would absolutely smoke anything short of the true supercars. And, at the end of the day you have a car that you can drive home and take to work the next day without thinking about it.

On the track it is simply a pleasure to drive. Oversteer is easy to enduce at any time but also easy to bring back into check. I have not had much problem with the snap oversteer that many have complained about, maybe that is because i have adjusted the suspension and alignment a bit.

stradale 01-06-2004 05:46 PM

I'd choose the Gallardo, unless this question is about a car that you only drive on trackdays or sunny sundays. In that case my choice would be the 360CS.

I have very little emotion with Porsches so, although the GT2 is an excellent car, I'd never choose the GT2. The SL55 AMG doesn't stand a chance in this company.

kiato4 01-06-2004 09:15 PM

The Gallardo is the greatest car for the money hands down. AWD with rear bias, limited slip, a gorgeous exterior, unbelievable quality (for an Italian brand), and reliable electronics (thanks to Audi), and the best paint on a car in the business make it hot hot hot...

Ivanhoe 01-06-2004 10:05 PM

greatest car for the money!!! i dont think soo.... i would love to say porsche but not even them have the best bang for the buck. example, clio v6. but even the gt3 has better performance for money. best paint? i never paid attention to that really haha. but i think the paint quality is the same for just about all cars (in that class/price range). its no longer an italian brand as it is owned by audi. the interior isnt that nice either... rather plain actually.

Please think for yourself instead of repeating after ignorant people.

I'm aware this sounds a bit harsh, but I literally mean what I say. Just check the facts, take all circumstances into account and you'll come to a different conclusion.

gucom 01-07-2004 08:44 AM

hmmmporsche 4 me cos its the fastest i think, and although i LOVE the looks of the gallardo, its got 4WD, yes its more practical but damn this is a €200k sportscar, u dont buy that for practical reasons! and for the ferrari, its pretty, RWD, NA engine, but still it doesnt do it for me, dunno why. for some reason i like the spoilers and stuff of the porsche, although i usually h8 that kinda stuff.
and porsche is the best brand in the world IMO(together wit mclaren)

gucom 01-07-2004 08:46 AM

owh and BTW correct me if im wrong but i believe Ferrari is nowadays mainly owned by german banks, so in that sense were talkin bout 3 german sports cars, right??? no ofcourse not lamborghini is still as italian as it gets, so is ferrari

dylan99 01-07-2004 07:19 PM

I would buy the Ferrari 360 Stradale. Beautiful sexy car with a heavenly exhaust sound
