How can ANY of you guys not want to cruise around Main Street in this car?

Women would constantly be throwing panties at you..

I hope to build one of those "new and improved" Cobra kits when I have the money..

nthfinity 06-22-2006 10:22 AM

hmmmmm

i've only seen 4-5 real ones, absolutely SUB ZERO :)

cooperluke 06-22-2006 10:41 AM

Incredible!!!!

For me, it looks like a Mini that spent to much time in the gym!!! :D :D

pagani 06-22-2006 10:56 AM

haha, I never heard that before but it sounds about right!!

robruf 06-22-2006 11:49 AM

no doubt about it, this car is one of the best sports cars ever, but there are so many kit (replica) cars made of it, that it has to be cool and not sub-zero, just due to the fact that everyone will be asking you whether it is real or not

LotusGT1 06-22-2006 12:11 PM

SZ, duh.

gigdy 06-22-2006 01:18 PM

Hurray, ive only been trying to get this car here since the wall started.

sameerrao 06-22-2006 01:32 PM

Sub-zero for me. Classic shape - looks perfect with zero wasted metal. It looks powerful, has the rumble to shake the ground (427 particularly) and was the fastest accelerating road car in its day. Plus it has Le Mans history.

T-Bird 06-22-2006 09:13 PM

it'ssub zero the coolest car ever made period!

RF1 06-23-2006 04:21 AM

Weineck Cobra 780cui Limited Edition is subzero!!
but not this... 8)

cool :)

Skaala 06-23-2006 04:38 AM

subzero, no question :!:

taygunho 07-05-2006 01:18 PM

shleby cobra is a fantastic car but not subzero for me.It is a cool car IMO.

GRiP_DRiVER 07-19-2006 03:00 AM

this one is very very close to subzero.... 2 or 3 weeks ago more then 10 cobras past my way, but sadly i couldn't turn an follow them because there was too much traffic there. but the sound of those machines was sensationell! sadly a very rare sighting!

noliebro 07-19-2006 03:10 PM

subzero by far, take a drive in one of these things, you will cry, evacuate your bowels, and orgasm all at once

Evo 07-19-2006 03:54 PM

The car looks amazing but what's more important is that it sounds just like a cobra 427.... You can feel it coming from miles.. You feel the car when hear it then see it..

I want one... sub zero..

stmoritzer 11-28-2006 10:20 AM

classic one
very cool

Mattk 11-29-2006 01:55 AM

Subzero. Definitely subzero. 8)

Erez 11-29-2006 02:23 AM

ONLY!?

Mattk 11-29-2006 02:27 AM

I have seen none. They obviously never imported any down under.

tonedeaf310 04-22-2008 08:24 AM

Fantastic! Powerful, Beautiful and Rare! Best car EVER made...EVER!!!!!!!!! I'd take this car over Koenigseggs, Lambos, Ferraris, anything else, the Cobra trumps it!

fordgt84 04-22-2008 09:06 AM

i voted cool 8-)
i just wish it didn't enjoy murdering people so much

patond 07-17-2008 03:57 PM

Its absolutely tiny, it has an American big block, 4 gears and a clutch., subzero.

Spiffu 07-17-2008 04:26 PM

I've seen one real one at a classic racing show. (was a racing model itself) the license plate said "ITSREAL" on the back.

I've seen several kit cars around where I live, I've been investigating what it would take to get a kit car, preferably already assembled. As I live in an apartment and don't have the facilities, nevermind skills to build the car.

It's a far off ambition but one I intent to fullfill. Either a cobra roadster or a cobra daytona. They are actually similar in price for the kits.

toffytofik 07-17-2008 05:05 PM

No one typed that simple word yet?

LEGEND.

P.S: and Will Smith is seriously uncool :P

eunos94 07-17-2008 08:24 PM

I had an FFR 427 Cobra and can tell you in no uncertain terms that this car deserves it's own freezer. It's "Absolute Zero" nothing can be cooler!

HeilSvenska 07-17-2008 08:45 PM

^What happened to it?

mayer 07-17-2008 10:00 PM

SUB-ZERO without a doubt. I love to have one of the Kirkham replicas in brushed aluminum with white stripes. Too bad they're pricey as hell.

I got married that's what happened to it... now she's gone and I'm broke. Shoulda picked "GR8 ASP" over her.

formulastig 11-11-2008 11:31 AM

What other car has spawned so many copies?

Sub-Zero

5vz-fe 11-11-2008 01:14 PM

^Super 7 (I have no idea the actual numbers actually, but if there's any, Super 7 is the best bet)

liveaxle 11-23-2008 05:49 PM

Cool or very uncool.

A genuine Cobra is very cool. A replica is a pathetic piece of glassfibre-bodied lump for the wannabes. If you can't afford the real deal (who can?), buy something else that is light and has a big V8. I can recommend a Morgan +8, but a TVR will also do the trick.

Shelby still makes them actually.

Ok, that's right. And they don't use glassfibre I suppose...
Although I wouldn't be upset if someone gave me a new Shelby Cobra, I still think that they somehow fall between the 60's ones and the replicas.
