Cool video. Of course, driving a $1,000,000 car is done a little more cautiously than a $40,000 car. =)

but a 40K car is out handling a 1,000,000 dollar car. and it only really pulled on the one straight. and with that video i say it would get bent over on Top Gears track.

kinda the same way that an Elise outhandles pretty much every other car? We are talking about a 4000lb car hanging onto an Elise, thats a great feat.

A Veyron doesn't need to be a world-beater through the corners, merely average. Then it obliterates everything on the straights.

^^^ yes but if the other car is that much faster in the corners the Veyron wont be able to pass. :twisted:

Well, I'm sure that the Veyron wasn't being pushed to the limits in this vid. It's no Elise but it's no slouch through the bends either.

OK so I be joking. That was pretty nuts. Reminds me of playing with a 997 twin turbo on the track with my old Corolla GT-S.

I don't really think the Lotus was out handling the Veyron. Seemed more like out braking.
