All you four banger and yuppie mobile drivers ever wondered exactly what this lope is we are al on about? ;)

RC, you're crazy (a cup with water in it to show the shaking is just damn funny), but yep that's a nice healthy lope right there. I miss having a car that does that. My bike has a nice lope though (cams in the old R1 too :D ). I need to get a video of that.
|
It vibrates like a diesel truck
   |
Impressive IMO...would have been nice to see what happened when you blipped it though LOL
|
Are you trying to make fun of the old Lexus commercial?
Remember seeing an ad 10+ yrs ago with them putting a cup of water on hood and nothing happened. |

HAHA funny for sure, but I was expecting some flooring to make the glass of water explode or something :D

We set off our first open air car-alarms at a Wal-Mart parking lot the other day  Setting off alarms in parking garages almost seems unfair these days ;) |

Besides - the real advantage of this setup is that you can make Martinis on the boot-lid - shaken, not stirred... :P |

A bit off topic, but is it really true that cops' radar and laser don't work on a black plastic car? Heard about that myth for a while, dont really know it's true or not  Now, it would be hilarious if Bond decides to hop in a 'vette! |
I don't know about radar but it sure doesn't hide a certain persons propensity to leave off his front license plate and get pulled over. ;)

no such thing as front mounted licence plates in Michigan :-D
about radar... that is a myth... years of working in radio astronomy... some things reflect radar back 'less' but ultimately, the angles are what is most important... some frequencies could pass through the plastic...but that has a 2-way meaning... it will hit the engine/chassis etc. and bounce back. |
How do I see the video?

LOL, the parking lot clips are hillarious, i set ones of in multi storey car parks with mine, but i need to give it some stick, where as yours seems to set them off at idle!
You know you could change your engine mounts to some poly-urethane ones, then youd emtpy that cup in seconds! and have devised a cheap and easy constipation cure  |
^That would prolly be the last time his wife ever rides in his car... Wait is that a bad thing?
