This is a terrible lie. The reason those folks arent wearing helmets is because it is the big bike rally in Myrtle Beach SC. Its nowhere near Jamaica. Its like Daytona over there. No one wears helmets cuz its hot and everybody poses down the street at 5mph.

In Spain you're not obligated to wear an helmet. I'm just not sure if it's only inside cities or if it is everywhere.

And big bikes!!!

Here in Portugal, everyone uses the helmet.
