I wouldn't mind that engine being dropped into the road going 430, getting a few bits of CF on it, and losing a bit of weight .... sounds like a 430 CS :mrgreen: I can't fucking wait

I think so. It's no Stradale, the road version, but a race version of F430.

...the "Challenge grill" effect doesn't work so well, does it?

Wow - this means Ferrari is in the game again ;) At last they will have a car that can almost take on BMW's M5 ;)

If only they would fix the rear end, I'd be happy to have one. The only change it really needs is for those Enzo-esque taillights to be dropped a couple of inches and the sheetmetal above to be smoothed over...more 360-esque, but better looking.

There's a lot of plastic on show, and this is supposed to be a race car too :|

Plastic is pretty light.....

As for the back I don't mind it, I wish the grill was a bit more controlled, but it seems to make the car look a little wider. The scrunched up thing wasn't as noticable in person, but the 430 still looks a little tall in the rear.

I think someone posted a pic(might have been on FerrariChat) where they extended the small grill part on F430 coupe and it did wonders, it looked like it had a much wider stance, this seems to have had the same effect. I'd prefer something in between when they eventually come out with the CS though.

FORZA FERRARI

I am sorry Ferrari, but I don`t like it. It looks like 360 Challenge Stradale will be my favourite Ferrari for long time. The problem for me is the rear. I don`t see any reason, why the took the styling of the rear from Enzo and added it to design of their smallest car. 348 was not inspired by F40, 355 and 360 were not inspired by F50, so why? It is just ugly. The rear looks to be too tall. And 360 Challenge wheels were better looking too.

yeah those front brakes are insanely big...i kinda like the wheels, and the white headlights look good too IMO :D
i hope theyll make a proper F430 GT2 for Le Mans...
