Dammit...nobody gets it, there's NO SUCH THING as CentrFUGAL force, it's CentriPETAL force. In this case it doesn't apply anyway becaus the idea was that the car accelerated so hard the dog got squished rather than went around a turn so hard that it got squished. This is inertia vs. acceleration.
