Forza JabbasWorld F355 Challenge League

Well, since Forza seems to be the online answer to GT4 we didn't get - I was hoping we could get a league/series going - and in honour of our gracious host, the only car worthy of a JabbasWorld racing series could be the Ferrari F355 Challenge.

So I made small withdrawel, and ended up spending probably 8 Million credits plus to get some maxed out F355 Challenge cars ready.

The following teams are up for sale, available for lease/rent/purchase by seperate team investor/owner/drivers.

The cars will be sold over XBox Live - and expect each car to cost you 280,000 credits. Since selling cars over Live transfers the car to the new owner, you can always sell the car to someone else if you get bored or turn out to be a really bad driver.. :P

Greta - I have updated the first post with new Team Owner info.

I figure by having 2 drivers/owners per team we can put a little series together - and even if you can't make every event and chase the driver championships, you can at least keep the assault on the team championships going. :)

As far as format goes how about a fixed number of main events, (say 10 or 12) over a certain time period, (say 2 or 3 months) that count towards the "big prize" - What ever that will be.

I have never been a fan of the city tracks, but seem to have the most fun on real race tracks - such as Laguna, Road America, Road Atlanta, Tsukuba etc...

Obviously other random social races when ever folks are online :)

This sounds a like a brilliant idea! I'll hopefully get my xbox live sorted later tonight and I'll join some team if thats ok :) but nothings for sure yet as i need a creditcard. But if all goes well im ready for some racing :D also I think real circuits would be good for races

I just enabled a free 2 month to xboxlive :) my username is daggUK anyone feel free to add me for a race. Also I just won aload of money online so I can afford a 355 for your race series.

oh damn it! i havnt even bought forza yet! i dont have live yet either. but i should be able to get it up next month when i have more time. dont know if there will still be a 355 then but oh well.

I did all the cars. Just skins really. And youhave to wait quite a whilem and fight a good few battles to unlock the F355 Chllenge, so I wanted som way to get JW Forza fans involved, that maybe never had the chance to unlock certain cars yet. :)

The league is just a JW thing I made up on the fly - Forza keeps track of wins a stuff - and I am starting a JW Club as part of the league thing.

2:01.476 at Road American in the Challenge 355, hows that for competition...? And there's plenty of room for improvement. :wink:

Well - blah and I had a few races last night - never did RA in the F355 though - only managed a 1:10 with the modded 1970 Mustang.

Couple races at the Test Track Infield, Silverstone, Blue Mountain and a couple laps of the Noobslushyring with the F355's high lighted how close and competitive the racing is going to be :)

The huge oversight of some kind of multiplayer replay or observation mode is pretty evident though :(

So - any other takers?
