Garage Selection

OK, this thread is just to know wich affordable jap cars would you get in your garage...

These two are a must, the others are options...

FIRST:
A 1999 Diablo Roadster for the weekends and to arrive at the party. :) (yes, italian but lets put it on the list)
SECOND:
A 350z track edition for track days (tunned)

************************************
OPTION 1:

Evolution VII
Evolution V
Skyline GTR R33

************************************
OPTION 2:

Evolution VII
Skyline GTR R34

************************************
OPTION 3:

Evolution VII
Evolution V
RX7 spiritR type A

wich one would you chooseand why?

thanxs :)

antonioledesma 01-06-2005 06:16 PM

neither do I... I believe what you mean is to choose an option, so for example you would have in your garage:
the lambo and the shitty 350
and I would take door number 1.... with the Evolution VII, Evolution V and the Skyline GTR R33
why? no fucking idea, just the same as why did you posted something like this

findleybeast 01-06-2005 06:23 PM

are you saying in addition to those first 2 cars, which of the 3 "options" should you get as well?

yes... now that I've "read" the post in spanish (you know, when you aren't a fluent or good foreign country speaker just like me, you think in spanish and then translate things into english)

so you have to stick with the lambo and the 350 and choose one of the 3 options available

sentra_dude 01-06-2005 06:27 PM

We have to choose from just those specific choices? You basically only gave three cars to choose from...there are a whole lot more Japanese cars than that, and you forgot the best one, the NSX.

dangerously_cool 01-06-2005 06:33 PM

You need a new Z06 in there. There is no denying the beauty of the LS7.
Besides there's a C6 in your avatar, you must like them.

findleybeast 01-06-2005 06:49 PM

well if I had to choose between the 3, I'd go option 2 since I love the R34, as well as the Evo VII...

corvette97 01-07-2005 12:39 AM

yes, like antonio said, the reason for those cars to be on the option are because they are affordable "supercars", nsx goes way up there

SilviaEvo 01-07-2005 01:16 AM

i would ditch your choice and go with mine. oh yeah and last time i checked Skylines and Diablos arent "affordable"
1. Ferrari Enzo
2. Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo tuned

Options

Subaru WRX STI S203
Evo 8 FQ-400
RX7 Type RZ
Supra RZ Twin-Turbo

Evo 01-07-2005 03:23 AM

I would take OPTION 2:
but won't take a reguler GTR R34 would get the GTR M-spec Nur

Point of fact, it's not. Didn't know the lambo was either.

i never said a diablo was cheap, in fact i said that the cars in the options are "cheap" and i dont see the diablo on the options :), im telling the skyline gtr r34 IS cheap, really you guys can check on japanese used cars the prices, a 1999 with 56,000 kms goes for about 3,500,000 yen wich is around 34,000usd, for the type of machine that's cheap. and the idea is not to spend more than 65,000 usd on the options :)

TransAm 01-07-2005 11:23 AM

Lo siento mi amigo,

I'm going to have to disregard the options and suggest my choice of three cars:

NSX
Evo 8 FQ-400
RX7 Type RZ

saadie 01-07-2005 11:36 AM

i dont see a supra or an evo VIII :P

It isn't, but he didn't have the Lambo as one of his Japanese options did he? He picked it as a 'must-have' car and was asking which Jap cars we would like in addition to it. :D

FordGTGuy 01-08-2005 11:03 AM

out of al the jap cars it would be the Subaru 22b STI :P

ikon2003 01-09-2005 01:23 AM

I'd go w/ #2 cuz of the R34. But the rotary is kind of appealing too. That R34 if u have the cash is so tunable (even tho u already have the Z). And yes, EVO nice too.

gottacatchup 01-09-2005 02:07 AM

My pics for "affordable" japanese performance cars would have to be

R34 GTR
EVO VI
and
RX-7 Spirit R

tekwar 01-09-2005 03:18 AM

S15 Silvia is a nice car...and cheaper than all the others there..heh.
