AlienDB7 12-20-2004 09:45 AM

Why would anyone lend the key of an Enzo to anyone? Luckily it's only "minor" damage, would suck if we lose an Enzo due to some stupid driver.

Wutputt 12-20-2004 10:20 AM

I don't think Frank Mountain would lend his Enzo to that guy anymore.
It's a shame for the Enzo. Luckily it can be fixed.

Some extra pics of this accident:

That's just sick.

No.1 12-20-2004 02:14 PM

Just saw this in the paper

What a dickhead... that's not even caused by excess speed IMO.... just not knowing where the car is :| If i was frank, i would be really pissed. I hope they do repair it.... the cars are getting more expensive and rare to buy now (there are still a few for sale at the moment) :(

OVERLORD_CHRIS 12-20-2004 02:33 PM

I thought it was ugly before, but man! I feel for Frank, i would be hurt if some one crashed my Zonda(not that i have one but if i did), i think i would cry if that happened, and i would chok ethis piss out of him too.

TT 12-20-2004 03:02 PM

Despite what many ppl think, you can't simply jump in and drive such a car like you would with any other... :(

Jabba 12-20-2004 03:24 PM

Does anyone think the old guy and I presume his wife in the picture were the ones responsible for crashing the Enzo ?

SPEEDKILLAR 12-20-2004 05:07 PM

^^^^I think they were the persons of the Golf the the driver of the Enzo hit.

sentra_dude 12-20-2004 06:15 PM

That really sucks for the owner...I bet he will be less quick to let friends drive his cars now. At least the damage is not too extensive, I'm sure it can be fixed.

budagboy2 12-20-2004 06:28 PM

That sucks, im sure the owner isnt to pleased with his friend

23790554 12-20-2004 06:32 PM

just a small scratch, this will help him realize that he is not 20 anymore

raphaelws 12-20-2004 08:40 PM

crazy!

Vansquish 12-21-2004 12:51 AM

Poor car...though I have to admit, I'm not too sick about this one. The fact that Frank is (or at least, WAS) willing to let other people drive his piece of uber-exotica is something I admire. He's rich enough to afford the repairs and he knows how wonderful the car is, so I'm glad he's sharing it, even if it means he has to fix it up every now and again hehe.

Pimp Racer 12-21-2004 01:41 AM

Ouch that sucks!

666fast 12-21-2004 01:56 AM

This is exactly why I think if someone were to hand me the keys to their supercar, I'd have to turn them down!
Imagine how that poor guy feels!?!

ikon2003 12-22-2004 01:45 AM

That's such a shame. I read an article about Frank in CAR magazine over the summer, where he buys Shuey's old F1 car. Seemed like a really nice guy...you know, for a rich person. Anyway, that really sucks both for him and for the Ferrari. I hope he makes his friend pay for it. Or should i say...former friend? :P
