Bet Ya you've never seen this F50 before
I was looking for a new car (yeah right!) and stumbled across this upgraded F50 in the UK ... 820hp .. a snip at £328k (Jabba... the ideal oportunity... but it's not pure)
Totally naff rims however.. make the car look too high  Does anybody have any more info on this car, or others like it? What about the yellow one in Monaco? Has that got the same mods as this one? http://www.racecarnewmedia.com/dunca...ils.asp?ID=306 http://img26.exs.cx/img26/9163/Frontside400.jpg http://img26.exs.cx/img26/1949/Rear800.jpg http://img77.exs.cx/img77/9237/Interior800.jpg http://img26.exs.cx/img26/5427/EngineLeft800.jpg This guy is also selling the F1 GTR featured on qv500  (Also the dealers website - http://www.duncanhamilton.com/ ) |
yep you're right.
thanks m8 |

I think the yellow one was modified by the factory, not by Koenig http://www.koenig-specials.com/ferrari/ferrari-f50.html This one sounds like a BEAST 8) |
Wow it must really fly, the car might be in the raised position so thats why it looks so high
|
Nice F50 man, yeah as budaboy said it's height adjustable. Gotta find me some Hi-res Pics of this beast!!
The last i heard it was sold to someone in the UK, looks hes he had a enough a fun with it, now onto someone else :o |
this one is made by konig.. turbo f50
how u know the yellow f50 was upgrade from ferrari |
Hrm I think I've seen this before, or it could've been the F40 one....
On the 2nd last pic is that a nitrous bottle infront of the passenger seat? |

but for me better atmosferic, i will die in 820 hp version in 1 day |
Looks like the twin turbo konig. I posted a video about that car here but someone deleted it? Just don't know why..

(the "Ferrari legend in Malta" sticker is weird, cause the car has MC plates  ) |
I know it has a lot of power and that it must be impressive to push the throttle of this car but I prefer pure supercars eventhough they are less powerful.
IMO the amazing point of a supercar is that it is already an incredible machine since the moment it has been finished, it doesn't need to be added anything to create a beast. |
that looks like the koenig modified F50
the car has so much torque that it doesnt grip till most of the way through 3rd gear under full throttle applications. i think there are some more videos, and specifications at www.koenig-specials.com |
i hate tuned cars... and specially this kind of cars

its not uncommon for peak hp to appear at a different rev at the crank, vs. at the wheels... not to mention koenig has dialable engine mapping |
i have seen that before. i have a video of it on the autobahn
|
I don't believe in tuning Ferraris, unless it's done by Ferrari itself. Turbo on a Ferrari's even worse.
|
I think it need a spacer for the rear wheels. The wheel currently look hiding inside the wheel well too much.
|
selling those two cars? Did he go broke?

I hate to see anyone other than the factory touch these cars: Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche!!
|
Not sure whether I like that car. The power must be amazing, but the F50 wasn't designed to be anything else than NA. Even the F50 GT1 is NA. The wheels are completely wrong for this car IMO.
This dealer also has the Aston Martin Virage converted by Lynx for sale! It was featured in evo a while ago. That is a fantastic car! 725 hp in a car like that could even be called stealth... |

The F50 belongs to somebidy i do not know of The McLaren was owned by Derek Bell... Le Mans driver etc... he probably just got bored of it, or wanted a bigger house :P |

Some events and tracks even require it for certain class entry - and of course full race series rules require these systems for entry. |

I'm gonna go with everyone else and say Koenig F50 TT. I have a vid of it accelerating away on the straight - the blow off valves on it are wicked.
|
this is the turbo one right? Crazy.. I can imagine the noise |
This is a Koenig excpet it still has the Ferrari badges. You can tell by the manettino type of switch next to the gear gate. Only Koenig put a power selector on their F50s.
|
Koenigs are so crazy. I don't know how many could really handle an 820hp twin turbo F50 though.
Here's the best part about Koenig F50s... http://img120.exs.cx/img120/9532/koe...itch5ku.th.jpg So how much power you feel like today? |
