F40 for sale in Norway (update higher res. and 2 new pics)

Its probably the only one in Norway, at least the first one was brought here not many years ago.
According to the sales advert its a 1992 model done 18623 kilometres;

if only I could afford it....

mindgam3 09-28-2004 03:05 PM

looks mint, especially considering how many miles its done (for an F40). How much?

nejcdolinsek 09-28-2004 03:16 PM

Damn, that thing is beautiful!

hwe, i think its time to start saving some $$

jorge 09-28-2004 03:21 PM

Ohh i love it, if i had the money i would buy it in an instant!

budagboy2 09-28-2004 04:05 PM

Y does the car have a sticker of the "ring" in first pic?

stradale 09-28-2004 04:19 PM

Wow! That is a fine car! A '92 car means it's one of the best.

I hadn't even spotted the Ring sticker until budagboy just did. Well done, budagboy! Usually, if a car has a Ring sticker on it, it means the car has been driven at the Ring. Of course you never know for sure, but the chances are pretty big. The previous owner must have some huge balls, if he drove the F40 on the Ring...

komotar 09-28-2004 05:32 PM

The Ring sticker is probably the only sticker I would put on my car.

Can you imagine someone, that doesn't "get" the sticker?
People must be thinking, "what the f**k is this twisty thing?"...

Nice, the car seems to be in good condition.

Hey Nejc, nice signature pic...

bmagni 09-28-2004 11:01 PM

too bad there aint hires

One look at an F40 is enough to realize the ugliness inherent in the Enzo.

The F40 is and always will be the "ultimate car" to me.

Considering how much money it costs to bring a 'garage queen' up to proper running order, I think most educated buyers would be glad to see that the car had some miles on it.

It will be a very very old car by the time I get that kind of money saved to spend on car - probably never sadly. If I had sold our house and cars I still won't have enough.

Its price is 2,75 million norwegian kroners. Thats about $406.000, euro 329.000, £ 224.000.

Cars aren't cheap in Norway. Compare to F40's found on mobile.de , even an ex Nigel Mansell F40.

same here ..... i just love this car .. even the F50 or enzo dont do it fer me ...

budagboy2 09-30-2004 07:29 AM

Anyone know why there is one red and one black seat? Thats kinda weird

Ford Capri 2.8i 09-30-2004 11:13 AM

I think the same as Dani...that the black seat is the racing seat.....as far as i know...the stock F40 had the red seat as the original one.....in addition,...considering that most of the supercars are parked in the garage almost the whole year, i got amazed for two things about the F40s condition....firstly that the car has more miles than expected, and secondly that the car is quite cheaper than i expected....anyway.....the sight of the F40 is just like some treasure
