http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...SX_009-med.jpg

I doubt this Quattroporte had great success.. very rare to spot on the road
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...ld_001-med.jpg

An SL500 (I guess)
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...00_009-med.jpg

Isn't the 996TT always a mad and sexy beast?
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...bo_143-med.jpg

Also the Cayenne Turbo is in its own strange way ;)
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...bo_063-med.jpg

Now for Geneva were I went today.. 90 minutes of sightings.. impressive as always! Most of them are inside a big parkinglot by the lake.. the camera had to be on the ground because of the poor light. i was kinda scared somebody might talk to the security guards about me LOL!

DB7 anyone?
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...B7_003-med.jpg

RS6.. I saw at least 10 in there, no kidding, this one was nicely placed for a pic tough
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...S6_039-med.jpg

Conti again :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...GT_140-med.jpg

And again.. in front of a Ferrari dealership.. sadly in there it is not possible to take pics (not allowed), but they had nothing impressive anyway (well, still full of Ferraris LOL)
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...GT_141-med.jpg

An M3 :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...M3_139-med.jpg

And a Z8 :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...Z8_020-med.jpg

Believe it or not, there are quite a few Brabus smart around!
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...rt_014-med.jpg

Sadly when you try not to spot nice cars only, you stuble upon such ones too
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...83crap-med.jpg

"Only" 3 Ferraris today:

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...50_056-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...ti_072-med.jpg

The dark reddish one is a true CL55 (it still had the badges on the boot ;)), what about the black one? just AMG wheels maybe, can't remember the front bumper LOL.. nice combo anyway
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...MG_004-med.jpg

Shitty light for this E55 pic :( and the dust inside my lense doesn't even help
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...MG_019-med.jpg

Now for some Porsches
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...S_0331-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...4S_034-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...4S_035-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...4S_036-med.jpg

The third RS I spot in Geneva! Everybody uses it as a daily car in town! That's marvellous! And blue! Sorry if the second pic is kinda blurry :(
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...RS_100-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...RS_101-med.jpg

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...bo_145-med.jpg

Just one of the 200 Cayenne I saw today :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost..._S_035-med.jpg

Absolutely lovely S! What about the rims? I saw the same ones on a Lorinser S I think, but this one actually got wheels and exhaust only.. still sexy!
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...sklass-med.jpg

These two pics were blurry sadly.
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...86c4sandm3.jpg

And what about this Gt3 with RS style wing? nice :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...sche996gt3.jpg

adamwich 09-16-2004 01:05 PM

WOW... THANKS A LOT. Super cool pictures!

Have you got this pic in a higher res?
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...sche996gt3.jpg

It is really cool

No.1 09-16-2004 01:15 PM

Great pics TT.. so many nice cars

The GT3 with RS-like wing looks great in black

BADMIHAI 09-16-2004 01:23 PM

I'm speechless. So many nice cars. That S-Klasse is mad pimp, yo.

Ian_yamaue 09-16-2004 01:24 PM

Great pics, as always. Thanks.

I don't know why this is rare, but I like this quattroporte.
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost...ld_001-med.jpg

Darkel 09-16-2004 02:05 PM

Always better ^^
September is the greatest month, even august isn't so nice :D
I'd prefer the GT3 RS with the red stickers, but unfortunately that makes me remember the one I missed yesterday

abbor 09-16-2004 02:15 PM

I didn't like the old quattroporte.
Nice sights TT.. Especially the RS's :D

Cause there weren't sold many ;) The main reason was poor build quality. But there wasn't anything wrong the way they went and looked (in the early and mid 90's).
The first time I saw one of these IRL, it was a dark blue one. And that ass looked very aggressive with the 4 tailpipes, compared to all other 4 door cars on the road. Since that moment I fell in love with this car. My favourite pick was the V8 Evolutione (afther the facelift). 3.2 V8 biturbo: 335 bhp and no electronic safety guards except for ABS.

By the way, nice pics, TT, as always ;)

Sorry but no.. although this small one seems not bad, the original or even resized at 1600x1200 (or even 1024x768), is too crappy :(

OKAY.. but as I have said before, the pic is really cool!

TT 09-16-2004 03:33 PM

It was a really NICE car :D I will be there tomorrow too I think ;) wish me luck, maybe I will find it parked there again :D

don't know why this is rare,
1. Because it looks like a boxed piece of shit.
2. Because it's built like a piece of shit.
3. Because nobody with a brain would pay a shit load of money for a boxed piece of shit.

If that's the case, you must also think there's nothing wrong with this:

Also see points 1 and 2.

Is it a special car park ? Closed to some luxury shops or something like that ? Or is it just a regular Swiss one :D

This one looks like the NSX in GiS4 (especially the rims)

Ford Capri 2.8i 09-16-2004 04:12 PM

Thanks a million...apart from the usual and always sexy cars such as every porsche 911, the merc SL, the 360 modena, any Aston Martin such as the DB7, the DB9, the vanquish......there are others rare vehicles which look astonishing IMO such as the NSX, the merc E Station Wagon, the Quattroporte...and mostly, black the Lorinser S Class...its the best looking S Class that ive ever seen...for me it looks even better than the S65 AMG...however, although i like the looks of the impreza in general, and the colour of the pics impreza, the rear lamps and the rear spoiler ruin the car.....

TT 09-16-2004 04:12 PM

Nope it's the "Parking du Mont Blanc".. on the lake shore, just a regular car park ;)

And yes, danny told me the same about the NSX :D

Ford Capri 2.8i 09-16-2004 04:16 PM

Sorry...i missed.....the Z8 look great and I like a lot the Smart Brabus also....it must be a great fun driving the Smart Brabus on twisty roads due to the small wheel base....or in a karting racetrack as well.....

TT 09-16-2004 04:27 PM

Yes it seems useless but let's remember the evo guys kinda like it :D

schnell318 09-16-2004 04:46 PM

Stunning, all I can say is I have to go to Geneva :D

Thanks

TT 09-16-2004 05:43 PM

Yep seems indeed the same identical spot!! :D and that place isn't really that cheap to park a car half a year LOL

Ziploc 09-16-2004 08:50 PM

Um TT isn't the 911 turbo you keep seeing single turboed? and only the GT1 TTed?

T-Bird 09-16-2004 08:54 PM

um The 996 Turbo's were TT's not single T's :D

TT 09-17-2004 02:17 AM

Yep, there is no 996T ;)

dingo 09-17-2004 02:20 AM

Thanks again TT, beautiful pictures. It must be disappointing to 'only' see 3 Ferrari's....I'd be lucky to see that many in 3 months. :(
Do you go to Geneva just for car hunting or you combine it with something else?

TT 09-17-2004 03:42 AM

It's a pure car hunting session usually :D

Chingachgook 09-17-2004 03:53 AM

Thanks a lot TT. great cars....

the yellow ricer car is soooo ugly ! I spotted this sunday a 3 Series Coupè with the front bumper similar to the 360 N/GT, the rear wing in EVO VI style and horrible wheels. Shame I didn't had the digicam !

the black GT3 is fantastic

mindgam3 09-17-2004 04:56 AM

great pics as always TT, some nice ground shots there, especially on the RS's ;) 10 RS6's? surely they've got one to spare ;)

PATo355 09-17-2004 04:58 AM

*pic of ruined scooby*

Well nowadays it may not look good, certainly not on pictures. But in the early 90's, when it came out, it looked quite well IRL. It had a very special styling, looked a lot different then the normal 4 door cars back then. I don't say it was well build though. Probably after driving 10000 miles, most parts will have fallen of :D

But hey, tastes differ. Not everybody has to like the same cars. But I do think that scooby is ruined ;)

They're just fond of exotic cars like old Oldsmobiles (don't know if it was old but it looked that way) and some japanese cars that aren't imported (Infinity, Nissan Murano ...)
