Vettes and Vipers aren't Muscle Cars they are American Sports Cars

It still has a chevy engine and transmission and thats what the muscle part is, American V8.

they're making new camaros in 06' or 07' and the corvette and viper can be called american muscle. I could say that the mustang gt 500 is a sports car.

WRONG! the Corvette and Viper are classified as sports cars they have 2 seats and 2 doors making them a Sports car, GT500, Mustang, Camaro, GTO, etc... are Muscle cars, the premise behind the Muscle car is a simple formula, High HP engine, 2 doors, 4 seater, RWD affordable car. Muscle cars started life as cheaper coupe versions of large Sedans and then they started throwing larger and larger engines into them eventually spawning their own cars. The Corvette and Viper are designed as race cars never evolving from a different car they started life as a sports car and will end life the same way.

the 5th gen will not get a ls1. it will get a strong engine. and a few months after the release there will be a big suprise. This one will get a bigger engine (not a stroked or bored over, and totally different engine). (So the top of the line camaro will take the base corvettes). also the C z06 will put a very big impression on everyone. if you don't like that car, your just plain stupid. :D
