Uh the Ford GT is catching in on Ferrari :D
i choose 360... i think they're not to compete one with the other... theyre on different classes
^^^ lol the Ford GT was built solely to kick ferrari's ass, similar price but much bigger difference in performance  ^^^ and i posted this before jabba :P, i'll take the gt over the 360 ANYDAY.
Ford GT isn't in the same class, it's a step above, more exclusive, faster better looking, Probably more comfortable, McIntosh stereo, built for you specifically (most of them), Classic racing heritage. Don't get me wrong the Ferrari is a great car in every way but the Ford is just better.

The 360 CS may not be as good in performance compared to the Ford GT, but I wonder how well the Ferrari F430 will do against the GT...
F430 won't beat a GT in strightline drag race, that's for sure --- plus GT is capable of 1+g skidpad, about the same as a F50 if slightly less than Enzo. F430 will beat Gallardo without a doubt, but GT is simply out of reach in term of raw ability.

What i wonder, is how small will be the F430 in the Daytona's mirror  |

The Ford GT is a GT and it should be compared to a GT. That being the 575M. I want to see how well it will do against that 575. I really want to. Looks like the straight line argument is straight out of here. And the twisties  Ohh the sweet twisties. Lastly Ford didnt beat Ferraris ass. Ferrari is a manufacturer with many cars. Hint hint Enzo, 575 hint cought hint. |

But yes it will have more power, and be a new car afterall. Remember the 360 is 5 or 6 years old. And everyone is comparing eveyrthig to it. Everything from 2004 Vettes to 2004 Galardos. |

No ones compared them directly on track, and seeing as though theres only 0.4 of a second difference between them on the TG track i would think they're on track performance is fairly similar. Yes its got alot more torque but that doesen't really matter as much on a race track and theres numorous accounts in magazines of the CS being an excellent road car.
In favour of the GT it has exclusivity and an engine built in britain ;) But the CS has one of the greatest if not the greatest sounding engines and probably a marginally better chassis, theres no doubt i'd take the CS ;) And as people have said, the 360 is a 5-6 year old car and we're comparing it to a brand spanking new Ford GT, lets see how the F430 compares when it comes out. |
Thanks for the scans, I will give it a read over abit latter on .... but thanks for the work in advanced cant wait to get some time to read this one he he :D :D :D
I'd still take the Ferrari regardless of DT's opinion.
If only the CS came with a six speed open gate shifter, I'd take it over the Ford any day. But even with the paddle shifters I'd probably still take the Ferrari. *runs to test drive both cars and see which one he will buy*
