What is THE most coolest sounding circuit name?

What do you think? Monza? Fiorano? Hungaroring? Hockenheim? Silverstone? Nürburgring? Magny-Cours? Laguna-Seca? Sebring?(-a perfectly good name ruined by a car) Oulton Park? Croft? Suzuka? Nardo? Indianapolis? Interlagos?

coolest sounding

Purely going by name and not anything else I would vote for Kyalami - I love the way the name rolls from one tongue...

Imagine an Australian pronounincg that. Sounds funny... "Kaya..lami ... mate"

Ghostbat 08-14-2004 02:01 PM

Arctic Circle Raceway (Norway)

hemi_fan 08-14-2004 02:12 PM

Laguna Seca... so smooth lol

No.1 08-14-2004 02:14 PM

Okay... so Brand's Hatch or Croft aren't going to win any prizes here in the UK.

I really like Mugello or Imola. 8)

The Nordshliefe seems like a pretty nasty name too

Hockenheim

Don't know why but I like it.

sameerrao 08-14-2004 03:23 PM

My favourite race name would be 'Race to the sky'.

The late New Zealand rally ace Peter 'Possum' Bourne was killed there last year.

Another road race name I love is the Mille Miglia
