22th July in Stockholm: Ferrari 348, 575 and 456

Right, this day the weather was soo much better, sun was shining and all so I took my bike out for a run. I ride my bike for the excersise but also to spot some cars, so I always have my camera in my bag. This day was a "Ferrari Hunting" day.
As said the weather was nice, so there was good chances to find some cars, but I must say I'm very dissapointed with the day. I only saw 4 Ferraris and got only 3 of them. A Ferrari 360 Spyder almost knocked my of my bike as I blew past me at least 100km/h on the small roads in the town.

I tried to do a "TT-sighting" so I stopped at a roadcrossing where alot of fancy cars usually go but didn't get anything in 45 mintues, except Porsches and Mercs, but I was out for the Ferraris so no picture of them.

These pitcure was taking sitting at a Café where my friend works so that's why all the frickin' bikes, people and other cars are in the way. Only got a few... :(

I saw this yesterday too, but this was a "Ferrari hunt" so, snap snap.

I've come to the conclusion that Stockholm ain't the best town to spot Ferraris, I need to move some place else... Like Monaco :)
Btw, correct the models if I've got them all wrong.

Darkel 07-22-2004 12:38 PM

Yep, Monaco and Modena are the best places to spot Ferraris, but Stockholm isn't so bad
Nice pics 8)

Hey, you know Stockholm's GhostRider?
I have downloaded (fucking +800Mb!!) a film called Ghostrider, the final ride.
Very cool, the crazy motherfucker flied from Stockholm to another city (I can't remenber the name)46 miles or Km away in 15min. with his Suzuki. Did you already saw or heard abaout this guy?
There are lots of pursuits he recorded w/ onboard cams. Police escapes most.
I'll try to share this film later.

the pics are very cool. The Ferraris look awesome! Where ever they are, they always look sexy! :P

Welcome to a few years ago! Most of us already have Ghostrider 2.

Nice sightings BTW!

davide 07-22-2004 01:31 PM

Yeah, Ghostrider. Seen it, he drives from Stockholm to Uppsala in 15 mintues time in rush trafic. That's like insane, takes an normal person 45 mintues to get there.
I think he's average speed was 250km/h.
Insane...

And all the Getaway Stockholm I to III. Seen 'em all. Pretty cool to have them racing at your backyard :)
They race every summer, so they maybe have been already out there or they will.

Darkel 07-22-2004 01:45 PM

There's a Getaway in Stockholm 4, already available in DVD

davide 07-22-2004 01:47 PM

Yeah, sorry. There are four movies. Oh well, I've seen them all anyway :))

TT 07-22-2004 01:52 PM

Nice cars for sure! To bad for the bad luck with other objects in the way :( but THANKS!

Darkel 07-22-2004 04:51 PM

A friend of mine had to download it during one week (512k)

davide 07-22-2004 04:52 PM

It's vacation time in Sweden right now, alot of people have their vacation in the middle of July so it's few people in town. Manly japanese people here on visit.

Next time, I'll try to get some close footage of the cars. This day wasn't the best, but it's always something :)

Darkel 07-22-2004 04:58 PM

Japanese people are all aver the world

Ian_yamaue 07-23-2004 08:25 AM

Hey! I am Jap.

Well, half jap and half italian.

Darkel 07-23-2004 09:45 AM

And you live in Brazil, that's weird

Ian_yamaue 07-23-2004 09:57 AM

Yeah! I know it is, but Brazil is an amazing place to live, specially in south where I am.

Darkel 07-23-2004 10:29 AM

Compared to Stockholm ?

Ian_yamaue 07-23-2004 10:38 AM

Hmmm, I don't think, but a lot better than Kagoshima, definitly, and we already had relatives living here.

davide 07-23-2004 01:18 PM

I'm actually going to Brazil over the Christmas and the New year to Natal.. you know the place?

Ian_yamaue 07-23-2004 01:49 PM

Course yes. The region where Natal is, hosts most of the best beaches of the country.
But I don't like their food. Too heavy for me. The chicks like outsiders.
Is it your 1st visit to Brazil?

davide 07-24-2004 07:54 AM

Yeah first time in brazil. quite excited :)

Ian_yamaue 07-28-2004 09:37 AM

I think you'll enjoy the trip, specially at new year, it boils.
I wish you have a good travel. :)
