Well, I think it looks like the Mondeo :roll: and a bit of the new Volvo S40

i like that. theyve done quite a good job in modernising the focus but keeping the same style.

i think the concept looks a lot like the new TL, but with a touch of the focus styling cues, definitly more attractive then the current one.

well the reason it looks like an s40 is because it and teh mazda 3 share almost all of the parts togeather.

i guess i've never really cared for the 4-door Focus's, so i'm not too concerned about this concept. its a bit boring to look at.
i'd like too see what they'd do with the 2-door hatchback instead 8)

i would have to diagree,

if you look at the door lines (door shape) the new focus and the civic are almost the same aswell and the size of the front overhang, and rear overhang. tail light shape looks the same aswell. not to mention the size looks about the same scale, the TSX (euro accord) is much more sleek, the only lines the focus share with that is the shape of the windows

The real one will look a lot more like a Mondeo (certainly the rear). The production version won't have those fancy lights, they will actually look a lot like those of a Mondeo. The front will look exactly the same as the hatchback version (like they always do ;))

And those similarities between the 4door Focus and Civic, S40 are coincidence, like most of those similarities are (I didn't say none, because there are manufacturers who actually copy some design elements out of other cars ;))

Personnally, I just think the Focus is an ugly car all around. And the concept is just as bad. :?

But that is my opinion. :)

I liked their last concept better... The RWD focus with the 5.0L Aluminum Cammer V8 engine in it w/400hp... now that was a decent focus!

I hope the hatch looks good. I also hope the homologation rally version is faster. The Escort Cosworth was faster than the Focus RS in Top Gear's Generation Game...that's kinda sad...

I know what you talking about, me too I also like the Focus Concept with RWD V8 engine. This Focus V8 is the ultimate "Rocket pocket monster" !!! :twisted: :twisted:

Its beautiful shape of the 4 door car, and it resembles the V40 as well,......about the 5 door car, and probably the 3 door car as well......for me they are gone backwards instead of forwards......but this is my personal opinion, just this......
