Project Gotham 2 Downloadable Content Out!
 

Hey guys. Downloadable content for Project Gotham Racing 2 is out now! It consists of the BMW M3 CSL, BMW 645Ci, Ferrari 365 GTS4, Ferrari 250TR, Ferrari 288GTO, Porsche 356 Speedster, Corvette C6, a special colour for the TVR Speed 12 and the city Paris which contains about 7 or 8 tracks. It costs $5USD or $7CDN. Go download it now!

i'm with you buddy, there is no fuking reason why microsoft/bizarre should expect anyone to pay 5$ for something that doesn't even count as an expansion pack. Mod and add-ons should always be free.

The only reason I think it should be free is because I've already paid for the damn game. Sure, $5 isn't much but it should be free.

Agreed. All the other games that I have that support downloadable content havent charged anything so far.

Well, apparently, the cars are for Live and Multiplayer only. So ti seems those of us not on LIve migth be shit out of luck. :roll:

Also, once you pay, it's tied to your account for only 30 days. So if your Xbox stops working on you after that, so does the downloadable content. So you'll have to buy it again.

Thats absolutely incredibly stupid..not only is it not free..you have to pay for xbox live to get it ..and you might end up having to pay twice

it seems that you will have to be playing with another person (over live, system link or two player)... this sucks if you don't have live, or two controls or a mate who won't want to drag his (HUGE!) Xbox round to yours.

um dont know, i only play live i will hve a look. I was racing them on the test track

Only Time attack and the various multiplayer modes only. So, no, you can go and do a race in the World Series mode with the cars.

Apparently, the next update will be tons better, but who the fuck cares. If I can only use it on Live and Time trials, I sure don't.

BTW - GT4 the prologue comes out in the UK next Friday :P

Thats bull if you ask me, thats why I don't have with Xbox Live. Don't care much for it, the PS2 online is free after you get the Network Adapter, and I still don't play it.
