Actually, I think it's a product of a company called, "Edag" which made something called the Keinath GTC for a while, it was a sort of luxury coupel. The Rinspeed is a little boxier and doesn't have that swoopy roofline and sexy front end, and it's a two-door instead of the four-door you spotted. Excellent find though, and certainly more intriguing, as it's completely new to me :-D

I did a little more research and discovered that Rinspeed and Edag are co-presenting a new version of the Chopster, and that's what you spotted. :-)
