first of all i don't think the bbc would register and tell you to surrender to the police and second woundn't they go after your host?

Just the BBC part...sadly the other guy is real and has made a real asshole of himself.

I really do think he has emailed our server host, the BBC and Gumball 3000...as I said...he is a spiteful, bitter, jealous little man that is trying to fuck everything up for us.

Whether they act on his information and do anything serious about it...remains to be seen however.
