In that last picture it looks like the FJ is taunting the RS out in the snow

I LOVE THAT CAR

Another awesome purchase there mags, no matter what amount of "stupid money" you paid for it  I love the interior, really brings the car together. Must be nice to come home everyday to that collection

OK..... got the title for the RS and ordered the plate. It should be here next week. I'd tell you what it is :prr: but I think showing it on the car will be a lot better. Plus I have some props I have to get to make it look even more outrageous! :shocked!: Magwheel

Your latest addition is very cool indeed. I love the 997 GT3 RS especially in the orange with black writing. Hope you have a lot of fun with this car  . Can you tell us how it is to drive it everyday though, isn't it hard to live with everyday :?:

I'm really loving  the firm ride of the RS and the other hard core differences between it and the 997 Turbo I had four months ago. The Turbo might have been faster but the RS is just so much more outrageous looking  that the difference in E.T. performance just doesn't matter. Sometimes just looking good is more than half the battle. Just ask Pamela Anderson!

Now if you compare the RS with the 2003 GT2 I had, well that's a slightly different story. BUT.... if they do remake the GT2, it should definitely have a wild and crazy wing like the GT3RS and some other differences from the GT3 than make it stand out as the flagship 911 Porsche.

I took some pics with my camera phone of the RS being delivered on March 15th. They're only 1.3 megapix so the resolution may not be the greatest. I thought you'd enjoy the pics of the size of the truck that delivered the RS and how meticulous, Bob, the driver was at unloading her. Bob wore overalls with no metal buttons or other exposed parts. Plus he had on special shoes with non slip soles. Really great care by him and his company! :good: He even had the RS covered (inside the trailer) with plastic so that no dust would settle on her! He told me the trailer was 70 or 80 ft. long and the tractor was 30 or 40 ft. long!!!

I had Bob deliver the RS to a huge parking lot of a restaurant/night club I had owned. :silly: Wasn't one of my more brilliant ideas! We are now leasing the building and a large portion of the parking lot is not being used. Bob had to turn in once and then jackknife the trailer again just to get his rig in the parking lot. That truck and trailer were humongous! I hope you enjoy the pics.

Oh yeah... got the title and applied for the license plate. She should be here next week and I'll post some pics of the RSs rear end with it's new plate A.S.A.P. I need some props to help set the scene and make it stand out a little. Mags

Well, I finally got the new license plate :onfire: for the GT3RS but the Sun won't cooperate for some nice pics of the car and the new plate. So in the meantime to keep the 'ball rolling' as they say, :roflmao: I thought I'd post some 'interesting' pics of my girlfriend's 'old' 05 Range Rover. She just got her new 07 RR a few month's ago.

Anyhow, I woke up one morning in August of 05 and guess what I saw? :?: It was a Blue Heron that keeps visiting our property. He was struting around the front of the house on our driveway. The next thing I know, he jumps up on top of her RR:niet: and starts walking around the hood (bonnet for you British gentlemen) and then decides to check out the windshield (windscreen)! :faint:

What a beautiful bird! He stayed a while until he saw my face which apparently scared the hell out of him :shocked!: and then he flew away. He has been hanging around our area for sometime but I haven't seen him in a couple of months. I hope he's OK. He likes to hang out in the backyard where there's a small creek and then just stands there like a statue. When a fish or other small animal (ex. chipmunk) come along, he nails it with his beak and swallows it whole! :2gunfire: Yuk! BTW..... we have a Blue Heron preserve on our next door neighbor's property (155 acres) where he says 150-200 Blue Herons hang out and make their home and nest  during the fair weather months.

Enjoy the pics and as soon as the Sun decides to make it's permanent Spring debut, I'll take some various pics of the RS and it's new personal identity plate! Mags :smilecolors:
